After two years on this rollercoaster I've decided it's time to start sharing it with the world. 

I am... mid 30's, slim, female, and I've chosen to spend the last 2 years working in quality auditing in the UK Construction/House-building Industry. To add insult to injury I picked a company that has joint Managing Directors. Or, as I like to call them, Pinkie and The Brain. 

It's time to share what it’s like to be a successful female in construction, and what it’s like to work for two completely different Managing Directors who have (to put it politely) limited communication skills.
